On Friday in the CMH office, we celebrated 3 birthdays! Happy Birthday to Rosemary, Suzanne, and Linda!!!
I made an altered "vase" for each of our special birthday girls... check it out:
The "vases" are actually three high ball glasses courtesy of my local Goodwill store for 79 cents each {*bargain!*}
Then I wrapped each one with a patterned paper, added some coordinating rub-ons, and a little stamped twill, a tie and some beads... then I topped it off with a stamped and inked technique tile and an adorable tiny clothespin. They took about 10 minutes each (if that!) With some gorgeous Oriental Lilies (only $9.99) and some "reduced for quick sale" Snapdragons (for $2.99), these personalized pretties ended up only costing me about $5 each!
It's nice to brighten a birthday on a budget!
